Before we start.
Will you use the code I already have?
That’s where we start. We review the code and explain what can stay, what needs work, and what may need replacing before agreeing on the build. You won’t have to guess what we’re changing or why.
Do I need to be a developer?
No. You need to be able to show us what you want the app to do. We explain the technical decisions and work with you to check that the finished product does the job.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
We quote after reviewing your project. A deployment fix and an unfinished application are different jobs. We agree on the scope, price, and milestones before the build starts.
Where will you deploy it?
Into hosting accounts you control. We review your existing setup and choose an environment that fits the application, the people using it, and your operating budget.
Who owns the software? Are there ongoing costs?
You own the custom code we build for you and control the deployment accounts. Hosting, AI usage, and third-party services may have ongoing costs. Existing libraries and services retain their own licenses. Ongoing maintenance can be scoped separately.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the code and operating instructions and walk you through the setup. We agree on post-launch support before starting. Your team can take over, another engineer can help, or you can bring us back for more work.
